Do prices include GST?

No, all prices listed on this page are exclusive of GST. A 10 per cent GST charge will be added to your invoice in accordance with Australian tax law. We provide a compliant tax invoice for every engagement so your finance team can claim input tax credits where applicable.

Can workshops be delivered virtually?

Absolutely. All of our programmes can be adapted for virtual delivery via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Virtual workshops are designed with shorter segments, more frequent breaks, and interactive digital tools to maintain engagement. Pricing for virtual sessions is the same as in-person delivery; however, travel costs do not apply.

What if we need a programme for more than 20 people?

We recommend keeping workshop groups at 20 or fewer to ensure deep interaction and personalised attention. For larger cohorts, we run multiple parallel sessions or stagger delivery across several dates. Volume discounts are available when you book three or more sessions — contact us for a tailored quote.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking at least four to six weeks ahead to allow time for the pre-workshop diagnostic, content customisation, and logistics coordination. For the Evolve multi-session programme, eight weeks of lead time is ideal. That said, we understand that needs sometimes arise quickly and will do our best to accommodate shorter timelines.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 14 days notice for a full refund or date change at no extra cost. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the session incur a 25 per cent rebooking fee. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, though we are happy to transfer your booking to a future date subject to availability.

Do you offer not-for-profit or government pricing?

Yes, we offer a 15 per cent discount for registered not-for-profit organisations and a competitive rate for Australian government departments and agencies. Please mention your sector when you get in touch and we will provide a tailored proposal that respects your budget constraints while delivering maximum impact.
